Im Einklamg mit dem Beschluss des Gerichts der Europäischen Union (EuG), erlassen am 24.1.2024 gelten neue Regeln für die Bestimmung und Berechnung der anwaltlichen Vergütungen in Bulgarien. Die Höhe der Rechtsanwaltsvergütung ist frei und für jeden Fall zwischen dem Mandanten und dem Rechtsanwalt zu vereinbaren. Falls die Rechtsanwaltsvergütung nicht explizit vereinbart ist gelten die Normen der VO über die Rechtsanwaltliche Vergütungen, die von dem Obersten Rat der Anwaltschat -VAS- bestimmt sind.
Die Rechtsanwaltliche Vergütung für die Fallanalyse und Erteilung einer schriftichen Stellungnahme seitens Advokat Assia Veltcheva, ll. m. beträgt 300,- € inkl. MwSt.

Основният принцип е, че размерът на възнаграждението за оказваната от адвоката правна помощ се определя по свободно договаряне въз основа на писмен договор с клиента. А при липса на писмен договор, то се определя от Висшия адвокатски съвет според критериите в обновената наредба за възнагражденията на адвокатите.
Адвокатския хонорар на Aдвокат Ася Велчева, ll. m. за анализ на правен проблем и изготвяне на писмена правна консултация е 300,- Евро с ДДС.

According to the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) from 24.1.2024, in Bulgaria there are new rules in force, for determining lawyers‘ fees.
The basic principle is that the amount of remuneration for the legal assistance provided by the lawyer is freely negotiated on the basis of a written contract between the lawyer and the client. When there is no written contract, the lawyer fee is determined by the Supreme Bar Council according to criteria in the updated regulation about the lawyers‘ fees.
The fee for the analysis of a legal problem and drafting of a written legal consultation from Attorney-at-law Assia Velcheva, ll. m. is EUR 300,- including VAT.
